Two ceramic disc grinders for added deliciousness

For maximum professionalism, the GIGA 10 features not just one but two high-performance grinders made of a long-lasting, high-quality ceramic material.

Two bean containers with an elegant turbine look are each connected to a separate grinder, allowing you to choose the ideal type of coffee or the optimum blend for every cup.

For example, you might choose a more intense, dark roasting to make an aromatic espresso and a medium roasting for a mild lungo or coffee with milk.

Panorama Coffee Panel for a whole new user experience

For maximum clarity and even more intuitive operation, the GIGA 10 comes with a new touch-operated panel in wide panoramic format.

The new panorama panel allows you to see everything at a glance. Navigate intuitively through the wide range of settings in the new user interface.

Simply tap and slide to customise and prepare your favourite beverage – with the GIGA 10 the size, intensity and ratio of coffee to milk and milk foam can all be easily adjusted.

Most products are available with free delivery across the UK excluding remote regions.** The product page will clearly state whether the item is available for delivery in the UK or delivery within N.I only.

  • Parcel sized items are delivered via DPD UK fully tracked & insured. (Coffee machines, speakers, etc etc)
  • Large appliances/BBQs & TVs are shipped on a pallet delivery service which is also fully tracked & insured. The delivery company will call to arrange a suitable date for delivery.
  • Deliveries can be held for a targeted date if you're not ready to receive the goods. 

Delivery lead times are updated in real-time on the product page (the availability bar).

There are no Brexit/custom charges & the price quoted is delivered to the door.

Deliveries within Ballymoney Area:

All items are available for free delivery within a rough 15 miles radius of Ballymoney (North Coast, Coleraine & Ballymena).*

  • Installation service available on TVs, BBQs & most appliances.**
  • Deliveries can be held for a targeted date if you're not ready to receive the goods.

Deliveries to N.I (beyond Ballymoney radius) 

Most products are available for free delivery across N.I. with the exception of a small amount of products due to the relative cost of carriage.

  • Large appliances/BBQs & TVs are shipped on a pallet delivery service which is also fully tracked & insured. The delivery company will call in advance to book in a suitable date.
  • Deliveries can be held for a targeted date if you're not ready to receive the goods. 

Timed Deliveries:

  • Parcel sized items will provide tracking updates via text. You will get a notification on the morning of delivery with your one hour window.
  • Pallet deliveries will be booked in advance and are typically morning or afternoon slots.
  • Items can be held upon request if you are not going to be ready for the goods.

Collect at store:

Order to collect at store is available Monday to Friday. This option will be presented at checkout.

Jura also offer an out-of-warranty repair service for machines up to 10 years old. This service is chargeable.

Whilst many customers purchase these machines for business they are strictly speaking designed & warrantied for domestic usage.

We do offer Jura's commercial machines which are built to make large volumes of coffee per day & can be customised for specific use cases including payments.
